This is a legal agreement between you, the "END USER", and Web Frontier. Use of this software ("BER-PLOT") written by Web Frontier indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you break any of these terms and conditions, supports and upgrade services will be terminated. The detailed report will be sent to your company.

GRANT OF LICENSE.

Web Frontier hereby grants you the right to use the SOFTWARE on a single computer. The SOFTWARE is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.

The SOFTWARE is owned exclusively by Web Frontier, and this license does not transfer any ownership of the SOFTWARE to you.

PROHIBITED ACT.

1. Order by fake information.
2. Modify the software product in whole or in part.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software product.
4. It is strictly prohibited to give your licence file to third parties.
   (If you do so, your licence information could lead to be spread all over the world.)

No Warranty.

Web Frontier and all related support and advice are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Web Frontier disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
