Downloaded .CHM files may not be opened due to the security setting of your computer environment as shown in this screen shot.
To solve this issue, perform the following steps:
- Right-click on the .CHM file and choose Properties
- On the General tab, click the button labeled "Unblock"
- Click OK
I recommend you choose PDF format if "BER-PLOT" runs on the server.
